WHO IS THIS EVENT ADDRESSED TO?
This workshop is aimed at all photography and nature enthusiasts. It's designed for both beginners in this wonderful world who want to learn some helpful field and post-production tips to improve their skills, and for more advanced photographers who want to spend four days in places rich in photographic possibilities and bring home some stunning shots. This type of event requires good physical fitness, as we'll be covering significant elevation changes, so the routes are not suitable for everyone.

DESCRIPTION OF THE EVENT
I will share my photographic expertise to provide an immersive, practical experience that fully respects nature. We will leverage our knowledge of the area to achieve the best possible photographic results, carefully analyzing lighting conditions and shooting angles. My workshops cover the fundamentals of wildlife photography and include discussions on the landscape to ensure we make the most of every hour of light. You will receive guidance on everything from camera settings to the actual moment of capture. We will also review our shots and discuss post-processing, where I will reveal secrets for optimizing images, focusing specifically on file customization, detail enhancement, light and contrast management, and color correction. The goal of these events is to share my experience with you, equipping you with the knowledge needed to pursue this passion anywhere and achieve outstanding photographic results.
The stars of our days will be the majestic bearded vulture, symbol of the Alps, and the camouflaged rock ptarmigan, an iconic species of high-altitude environments. Along the trails we traverse, we will also have a good chance of spotting and photographing ibex, a species abundant within the park.

We will alternate between waiting in position at dawn and dusk and hiking at high altitudes; therefore, a high level of physical fitness is required for these activities. With the guidance of a professional photographer, you will have the opportunity to hone your photography skills and discover the best techniques for capturing the majesty of the deer in their natural habitat. Every shutter click will be a foray into the wild, an indelible memory of an intensely lived experience. During the workshop, you will not only learn to take extraordinary photos but also how to observe and understand animal behavior, thereby deepening your connection with nature.

By participating in this wildlife photography workshop, you will learn, alongside me, how to conduct yourself in the field to capture striking, natural-looking images.
The workshop is designed for both those new to wildlife photography and enthusiasts looking to refine their field techniques. We will cover topics such as wildlife photography methods, camera settings for moving subjects, composition and the use of natural light, wildlife photography ethics and conduct in alpine environments, and how to read the landscape and track animals. During the middle of the day, we will focus on post-production, thereby enhancing our skills with specialized software.

Photography sessions will take place in the early morning and at sunset, alternating between stationary observation and exploring key areas of the Park, allowing us to immerse ourselves in a unique experience in close contact with nature. We will be active in the field from dawn to dusk, with practical sessions covering various basic and advanced video techniques to capture creative and unique images.

The goal is not merely to return home with beautiful photographs, but to enjoy an authentic experience in touch with nature, learning to observe alpine wildlife with respect, patience, and awareness.
