WHO IS THE EVENT ADDRESSED TO?

The Photography Workshop in Rocca Calascio is aimed at all lovers of landscape and uncontaminated nature photography! We will alternate shooting sessions at sunrise, sunset and night, taking advantage of the best light conditions to obtain original and high-impact photos.

During the workshop we will face a stimulating and complete training course, starting from the basics to the most advanced techniques, from shooting theory to post production.

We will see how to apply the techniques in the field, we will evaluate the shots obtained together and finally we will see various workflows in post production based on the type of shot obtained.

Thanks to this experience you will learn all the aspects related to day and night landscape photography, starting from planning to the shooting phase, up to post production.

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?

My goal is not only to pass on my technical knowledge to you, but to make you live a fulfilling and stimulating experience through a training course that is able to make you see photography with new eyes and different approaches.

During this workshop we will address many topics and techniques thanks to which you will improve your skills, regardless of the equipment you own and your level of preparation.

• Basic notions of photographic technique;
• Planning and composition of shots;
• How to behave in the field;
• How to best use apps in landscape photography;
• Choice of equipment.

PHOTOGRAPHIC EQUIPMENT AND CLOTHING REQUIRED:

• Camera: SLR, mirrorless or compact camera.
• Lenses: In this type of photography, it is essential to have the widest angle lens possible.
• Tripod: the tripod will certainly be another indispensable object for taking any type of landscape photography, if you don't have one I will loan you one.
• Clothing: spring, especially in the period in which we will go, will certainly reserve quite warm days for us, so I recommend light clothing and trekking shoes. For the sunrise excursion, I recommend layered clothing.
• Boots: A very important element for photographing rivers and waterfalls are boots, essential for wading rivers and photographing from the best spots.
